We currently ship to over 72 countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Russia, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Germany, Italy, Poland, and many others.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

Processing Time: 1-3 business days
After you place an order, we will send an email to confirm your vehicle model and may request a photo of your rearview mirror cover. Once confirmed, we will ship your order within 3 business days. We strongly recommend confirming compatibility before purchasing.

Shipping Time:

  • Standard Shipping: 8-12 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (DHL/UPS/FedEx): 3-5 business days

  • US Warehouse Shipping: 1-5 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online.

Important Note:
As our dash cams are custom-made for specific vehicle models, a clear photo of your rearview mirror cover is essential to ensure we ship the correct product. If no photo is provided, we may proceed with shipping based on available information, which could result in a delayed shipment or a product that does not fit your vehicle.

About Customs & Import Duties

  • Standard Shipping:
    All product prices include customs duties. For U.S. customers, we use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, meaning no additional fees will be charged upon delivery. For EU customers, we operate under the IOSS system, and all applicable import taxes are prepaid. You will not be required to pay any extra customs fees.

  • Expedited Shipping (DHL/UPS/FedEx):
    Customs duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer and will be collected by the carrier or local customs upon arrival. If a package is refused due to customs charges, the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and related handling charges.
